Risk Management Analyst, full-time position located in Administration Office, Turlock, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
The Risk Management Analyst position supports the VP, Risk Management in the overall Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
through implementation of programs, procedures, and processes to ensure sound risk management practices are in place and risk levels are
being monitored. The position will prepare quarterly dashboards, develop future state dashboards, assist with tracking action plans, and
document ERM committee meetings. For Third-Party Risk management this position will maintain vendor records, CPRA data mapping, and
coordinate annual vendor review. This position will also assist with Model Risk Management, Allowance for Credit Loss, and Stress Testing
functions. Specific responsibilities include annual model certifications, maintaining model inventory and exception tracking, run allowance
model calculation and generate reports for review, prepare economic forecast matrix, and run stress testing model. Will perform other projects
and tasks as required or assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS degree in accounting, business administration, finance, economics, or related field of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in risk analysis or financial analysis, or related business experience including audit, lending, credit

The Base Salary for this position ranges from $5,000 (minimum) - $6,200 (maximum) per month, depending on experience. Position is also
eligible to participate in annual incentive program (performance related compensation) earning up to 10% of annual base salary. This program
is subject to Board approval.
